&lt;p&gt;The purpose this code is only to demonstrate how to use Apple&#039;s frameworks, and to do so while remaining highly readable. The 38 lines of bullshit go against the purpose of the code.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Perhaps it would be enough if Xcode just rolled up the legalese by default, though...&lt;/p&gt;
